What to Expect at Your First Appointment
Your first visit runs longer than a maintenance visit; tell us your goals when you book so we reserve the right amount of time. Before we mix a single formula or pick up shears, we look at your hair in natural light, ask about your history (box color, previous keratin, extensions, breakage patterns), and go over your goals.
Cuts, color, and smoothing each take a different amount of time, and long or thick hair takes longer. Color correction starts with a free consultation and is then booked as its own appointment. Color and smoothing services end with a styled finish, so you can see how your hair actually behaves before you leave.

It depends on your service. Single process color is usually refreshed every 4 to 6 weeks. Balayage usually grows out longer between visits than foil highlights, and a Glaze in between keeps the tone fresh. Smoothing treatments last a few months, depending on the treatment and your aftercare. We set your maintenance schedule at your consultation.
